Wellness, Fitness, Health.

Wellness, fitness, and health, are all very important in life.  Wellness, is important because it has to do with your mental state.  If you are not well in the mind then it will affect your body as well.  Many people might not understand wellness, so they assume they don’t need to be ‘well’, but just because you don’t understand it doesn’t mean you don’t need it or be in it…if that makes sense.  Being mentally well is to have a clear head and not be thinking of bad things, doing something bad, or being a bad person.  You should ALWAYS be thinking of different ways to CTR Fitness is also very important because you need to be fit, or fit enough to go out and do things.  It can be anything, some people get so lazy for so long that they can’t even go out and take a walk without being out of breath.  Some people complain about going up the 300’s building here at school because their legs hurt, or they’re out of breath when they get to class.  Really it’s not even that many stairs, it looks like a lot and from the outside it looks high.  Being fit can help a lot, and I know a lot of people who complain about those stairs, and even they have to realize how important being fit is if you can’t drag yourself up the stairs.

If you are not fit or well, you have to at least be healthy.  Health has to be the most important thing of the three.  You need health to live, well live without tubes in you, or a machine breathing for you.  I know sometimes health problems aren’t your fault, like diseases, or things that ‘run’ in your family, but with all the people who are fortunate enough to not have a disease there should be a lot more people who are healthy.  People everywhere, whether its kids or adults take their good health for granted, especially our generation, and a lot of our parents generation, that is why now more than ever we have more obese people in the world.  You should always think of ways to stay healthy and that way you’ll be happy so that you won’t have to be in and out of hospitals.
